By using our Services, you are agreeing to the Privacy Policy and these supplemental Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. In the event of any conflict between the Privacy Policy,  Terms of Service, and signed consent forms, any signed form will prevail to the extent of such conflict.

Our Services include software and interactive webpages. Specifically, OAG LABS uses interactive software tools used to input your health and lifestyle information as part of this research study.

Currently, the Services, OAG-LABS services are only intended for use by residents of the United States. By using the Services, website, Portal and App, you confirm that you are a resident of the United States.

The content that we may provide through the OAG-LABS website, are not intended to replace consultation with a licensed healthcare professional for the diagnosis, cure, mitigation, treatment or prevention of disease, injury or other conditions. You should not rely upon any content we provide through these services in any of your own healthcare or medical decision-making.
